The Verve Black Box – Terms and Conditions

The promoter is Kim Susskind (sole trader), trading as Verve Noosa, ABN 96 862 147 392, of Shop 8, The Pavilion, 19–21 Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Heads QLD 4567 ("Verve", "we", "us").

1. The offer

1. Ten Verve Black Boxes are available at $200 each.
2. Each box contains treatment vouchers and The Glowe Co product worth at least $293, based on Verve's and The Glowe Co's normal menu and retail prices at the time of sale.
3. The contents are a surprise and vary between boxes. Some boxes include an upgrade worth more. You can't choose, see or swap the contents of your box.
4. One box contains a golden ticket (see section 9).

2. Sale dates and how to buy

1. Client early access opens at 9am AEST on Wednesday 25 November 2026 for Verve's client list and waitlist (by link). The public sale opens at 9am AEST on Friday 27 November 2026.
2. Boxes are sold only in clinic at Shop 8, The Pavilion, 19–21 Sunshine Beach Road, Noosa Heads, or by phone on 0432 030 471, until they sell out. They are not sold online. You pay in full when you buy.
3. If boxes remain unsold after the 27 November drop, people who have already bought a box get the first offer to buy more, and may buy extra boxes beyond the 2-box limit. This first-offer window runs for 24 hours from 9am AEST Saturday 28 November 2026, and we'll send it to box holders by email. Extra boxes are the same $200 price, hold the same minimum $293 value, and are chosen by number from those left (see 2A).
4. The sale closes at 4pm AEST Monday 30 November 2026 (Cyber Monday), or sooner if all boxes sell out.
5. During client early access (25 November) and the public drop (27 November), you can buy a maximum of 2 boxes per person, apart from the first-offer window in clause 2.3. We may cancel and refund orders over the limit.
6. Boxes are collected from the clinic only; we don't post them. We'll contact you when your box is ready. Please collect it within 14 days of that notice. After that, we'll contact you to arrange collection.

2A. Choosing your box number

1. The boxes are numbered 1 to 10. When you buy, you choose your number from those still available. Numbers are first-come, first-served.
2. All box contents, including the golden ticket, are placed and the boxes sealed before sales open. The golden ticket is placed in one box at random by a Verve client, and this is filmed. Contents aren't changed after that.
3. Every numbered box has an equal chance of holding the golden ticket, whenever it is bought.
4. The number you choose doesn't affect the box's minimum value of $293.
5. There's no extra charge to choose a number or to be in the draw, and that includes extra boxes bought under clause 2.3.
6. Unsold numbered boxes stay sealed with their original contents, so every box bought before the sale closes is in the golden ticket draw. If the box holding the golden ticket is still unsold when the sale closes on 30 November 2026, we'll draw a winner at random, on film, from all numbered-box buyers. We'll announce the outcome either way.

3. Vouchers

1. Each voucher is for the specific treatment named and has no cash value. Vouchers can't be exchanged for cash, credit or a different treatment, except as set out in section 6.2.
2. Vouchers may be given as a gift. Whoever holds the voucher can book and use it.
3. Vouchers must be booked in advance through Fresha or by contacting Verve. Redemption appointments start from January 2027.
4. Vouchers expire on 27 November 2027 and can't be extended. Each voucher is used in a single visit.
5. You can reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice.
6. If you don't attend, or cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, that voucher is forfeited. There are no exceptions.
7. A lost voucher can be reissued only if we can verify the purchase.

4. Refunds

1. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges, including for change of mind, unused or expired vouchers, or not liking the contents.
2. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

5. Contents

1. Box contents can't be swapped between boxes or exchanged for other treatments or products.
2. If an item becomes unavailable before the boxes are sealed, we may replace it with an item of equal or higher value.
3. Each box includes a gift card for a free LED upgrade, plus $20 off two or more skincare products of any brand. The gift card expires on 27 November 2027 and can't be extended.

6. Health and suitability

1. Every treatment is subject to a skin consultation and health questionnaire at your appointment.
2. If a treatment isn't suitable for you (for example because of pregnancy, medications, skin conditions or other contraindications), we may substitute a suitable treatment of equal value. No cash refund is given.
3. We may decline to perform a treatment if it isn't safe to go ahead.

7. The Glowe Co products

1. Please patch test before use and read the label, including any allergen, nut or pregnancy warnings.
2. Opened products can't be returned, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Gifting

Boxes and vouchers may be given as gifts. If you buy one as a gift, please pass these terms on to the person who receives it.

9. Golden ticket

1. There is one golden ticket. Before the boxes are sealed, a Verve client will place it into one of the 10 boxes at random. This will be filmed on Wednesday 25 November 2026.
2. The prize is a bespoke facial every month for six months (six facials in total) at Verve. The total prize value is $1,194 (6 × $199, based on the Instant Revive Medi-Facial menu price).
3. "The golden ticket" means the physical ticket placed in one box. To claim the prize, the ticket holder must bring the golden ticket to the clinic by 22 August 2027, where it will be swapped for a prize certificate. The prize is redeemed using that certificate.
4. The golden ticket may be given to someone else before it's swapped for the prize certificate. All six facials must be used by the same one person.
5. Facials are booked one a month, at most one per calendar month. All six must be used within 9 months of the date the winner is announced. Any facials not used by then expire. Bookings follow the 48-hour cancellation and no-show rules in section 3.
6. There is no cash alternative, and the prize can't be exchanged.
7. The winner will be announced, with their consent (see section 10), after the sale closes at 4pm AEST Monday 30 November 2026, or once the box holding the golden ticket has been sold and opened if that's later. If the box is opened before then, the buyer may share the win before the announcement.
8. There is no extra charge to be in the draw. Each box is sold at no more than its normal value, as it contains at least $293 of value for $200.
9. This promotion is run as a trade promotion (a category 4 promotional game) under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999 (Qld).
10. We will keep records of the promotion for 5 years.

10. Publicity

With your consent, we may share your unboxing posts and, if you win, your name and photo. You can say no without affecting your box or prize.

11. Privacy

1. We collect your details to process your purchase, manage your bookings and run this promotion. We handle them under Verve's privacy policy [link].
2. You'll only receive marketing if you've opted in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

12. General

1. We may change or cancel this offer before the sale opens. We may also amend these terms where reasonably necessary, for example if the clinic closes or a treatment is withdrawn. Any change won't reduce the value of what you bought. If we can't provide part of your box, you'll receive a refund for that part.
